Meet Fee Accounts (Escrow)

To prevent issues with meet payments and meet fees we have set up meet fee accounts for any swimmer who wishes to participate in USA Swim meets. The meet fee account will be opened with an initial deposit of $100.00 per swimmer. Swimmers who do not set up a meet fee account will not be allowed to enter USA Swim Meets. This does not include dual meets.

Once the Meet Fee account balance falls below $30 an email will go out making you aware of the balance. If the meet fee account falls below $0, you will be notified through email, the swimmer will no longer be allowed to enter USA meets and you will be required to bring the balance up to a positive balance.
