Welcome to the 2006-2007
Short Course Yards Season.
We would like to welcome two new coaches this year. Andy Hayes is the new Head Coach of our 10 & under swimmers & Kristin MacDougall is an assistant coach for that same age group. Both coaches were officially certified in Coaches Safety & training, First- Aid, as well as CPR in early October. They have done a great job getting all of their swimmers competing in meets.
Also, this year we have had several High School swimmers help out with the younger kids' practices and it has been very successful to the RAYS swim program. A big thank you to Megan McEacharn and Nicole Charest for helping every week. The younger kids love you! Corey Birdsall and Steve Pellicia have also helped when they can.
The big buddy teamed up with younger swimmers has proved successful once again this year. Thank you to all of the swimmers who have volunteered to help. It really makes a difference to the first time swimmers.
The coaches would like to thank everyone for the Christmas gifts they received.
Congratulations to our High
School swimmers!
All RAYS swimmers who tried out for
High School teams made it. That is
very impressive. We have many top swimmers
