Ignore it and you will never really have a successful team. Her team went undefeated for 8 years. She coaches that philosophy at every practice.

Carol has been coaching swimming since 1998. She started out with the Salem, NH Boy's & Girl's club coaching the 8 and under group where she had three girls of her own swimming. After 3 years she had the opportunity to join the RAY's coaching staff where she coached the high school group and junior group until her girls graduated from high school.
